DD Custom Cycle

When I first contacted Dave Dupor, I wanted him to ship me a fuel tank. When he told me he created them one at a time from scratch my reply was “are you telling me YOU make these from flat steel? Are you kidding me?!!” It was clear to me at that point Dave would be building my entire bike. As you see, I’m from California and didn’t have the luxury of stopping by and seeing the progress of my bike. Folks, my bike was built over the phone and through Emails, this bike has exceeded my expectations in every way. Most builders that turn out a bike have a bit of chip on their shoulder, but there’s always an exception to the rule and Dave Dupor is that exception. You don’t have a finished product that looks like this without having incredible talent, vision, and work ethic. Above all I need to thank Dave for having the patience and dedication of taking on my project. I don’t know how many late night Emails I received from Dave saying he just got home from the shop because he gave me his word to have it completed for a show (remember guys, 2 hour time difference in IL.) Dave not only builds incredible machines, he builds lasting friendships. Anyone needing more proof, I’m sure Dave can give you my Email. Dave if you ever find yourself in Cali, you have a place to stay and transportation anywhere you want to go. Thank you so much!!
